Bailiff's Cottage was recently restored to the highest standards and is built from local stone with Cornish slate roof tiles and boasts oak joinery throughout as well as luxurious bathrooms and kitchen.
Water is sourced from the farm's own spring and the cottage's under-floor heating and hot water are provided by a biomass boiler which is run on wood from the farm, which also produces logs for the cottage's wood burning stove. The cottage, which has a private setting away from the main farmhouse, faces south and has its own pretty garden and terrace, together with parking. Dogs are very welcome.
There are no hidden extras - included in the price for your stay are electricity, hot water, heating, wood for the wood burning stove, SKY TV, broadband internet access, all bedlinen, towels (beach / swimming towels are not provided), kitchen tea towels; there is no additional charge for dogs. The prices quoted include any VAT.
Best for people with full/partial mobility. Unfortunately there isn't any wheelchair access.
Outside there is a sunny South facing terrace and peaceful and private, dog secure garden. Also there is storage room for bikes.
